The Tembo House Hotel & Apartments is a small boutique hotel which has been around for a good while in Zanzibar, and over the years we have refined our way of making sure that you have a pleasant first encounter.

Reservation Terms and conditions :
All reservations by direct booking must be confirmed by a deposit equivalent to 50 % of the cost of the entire stay for 2 nights or longer or 100% for all stays of one night only. All reservations mad by and through tour operators must be paid 100 % in advance.
Cancellation Terms and conditions :
The deposit will not be refunded in the following circumstances:
- less than 48 hours prior to the date of arrival date for reservations made by direct booking.
- less than 14 days prior to the date of arrival date for reservations made by tour operators.
- less than 21 days for large groups ( of 10 or more guests ) prior of arrival date for reservations.
Please be advised that in the event of early departure, the initially reserved stay will be charged in its entirety.
Rooms are available from 12 noon and must be vacated at 10am at the latest.
